Australia Wide POSTAGE:

We offer Express Post which costs $10.00 and is sent via the Australia Post Express Network. Postage can take 1 to 3 working days.

International POSTAGE:

We offer Registered International Post which costs $25.00. Postage can take 1 to 4 weeks depending on where you live. At this stage we do not offer Express International Post.

South West Solutions will exchange products if they are found to be faulty.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date via registed post. South West Solutions will not be held accountable for any lost items returned in the post, these items must be tracked by the customer.

Please keep in mind all exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you are wishing to exchange is not in stock a credit will be issued, the credit note will never expire.

When returning an item please send an email to info@s-w-s.com.au with your name clearly written and the product you wish to exchange.

Once we have received your goods we can go ahead with the re-shipment of the new goods.

Returned items must be kept in original packaging and must be accompanied by the original South West Solutions purchase receipt.

All returns can take up to 1 to 2 weeks.
