As festivals and show technology evolves to keep up with the live element & constant pace festival goers and the demand of meeting all of your individual DJ Technical & rider requests, the need for constantly swapping mixers / players / adding effectors & controllers.

In times gone by a simple roll-on / roll-off situation used to be the norm,  But it’s somewhat cumbersome and time consuming when most artists won’t start until they are “front & centre”.

With the ever increasing amount of equipment / set & infrastructure on live performance stages have made this become somewhat difficult to achieve smoothly & seamlessly.

At SWS we have some up with a couple of solutions to get around this, and the latest & most versatile is the HEAVY DUTY / MODULAR.

VARIABLE in size, and better in Performance.

The performance Rollers can now be any size – made up from NIVTEC rated Stage Decks, any combination is possible from using single decks or any combination of decks – sized are : 0.5m x 1m / 1m x 1m / 2m x 1m.

The guide system is now also modular also. With currently 3m & 1m sections available any combination is possible. These can be fixed in place to any lower stage surface.

The HD / Modular nature of this Rolling system brings it in around the 100mm in top height from the base resting surface, and allows you use use any deck / scaffold or stage system and transform it into a changeover sensation. This base system also allow any width of base to be used, as it is fixed on a narrow centre – even the smallest of standard 2″/600mm wide deck aren’t a problem.

And the biggest part is due to the nature of using NIVTEC SLIM Deck risers, we can now achieve a super large weight capacity – deaden them with concrete or whatever equipment you need… and it will still get your job done!

AS seen below – this is a 2m x 1m on one side for a standard setup – and a 3m x 1m on the second side, allowing for the “Full Live setup” to be rolled into place – without any dramas.
